Lee & Associates - North San Diego County Negotiates $400,000 Land Sale

Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has closed a $400,000 sale on the 10,000 square-foot land parcel located at 438 S. Cleveland Street in Oceanside, Calif.

Patrick Miller, Matt Weaver and Al Apuzzo, of Lee & Associates–North San Diego County’s office in Carlsbad, represented both the seller, City of Oceanside, and the buyer, Hallmark Communities, in this transaction.  On the nature of the sale Matt Weaver commented, “The buyer closed on this property un-entitled which is emblematic of an improving land market.  In the last 5 years buyers rarely closed on un-entitled land, if at all.”
