VISTA, Calif.—September 3, 2014—Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has closed a $1,500,000 sales transaction for a 2.28 acre parcel of land located at 171 Lado De Loma Drive in Vista, California.

The property was one of nearly two dozen listings within the City of Vista Portfolio which is solely represented by Isaac Little, Rusty Williams, SIOR, Marko Dragovic, and Chris Roth of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County. In addition to representing the seller, City of Vista, the team also represented the buyer, Vista Properties, LLC, in the transaction.
