The property is adjacent to the masterplans of Wolf Creek and Temecula Creek.  The value of the sale is undisclosed.

Surrounded by development sites and near Temecula’s wine country, historic old town, and Temecula Creek Inn & Golf Course, the property is well positioned for development.  The property is un-entitled and is currently zoned professional office, however the zoning allows for residential development subject to City of Temecula approvals.

“The buyers, Ridge Crest Real Estate, purchased the property in a quick sale with plans to pursue a residential development that meets the City of Temecula’s desires for the site” according to Matt Weaver.
