LEE & ASSOCIATES NEGOTIATES $3.225 MILLION INDUSTRIAL SALES TRANSACTION

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif.—March 9, 2007—Senn-Lee & Associates, part of the Lee & Associates group of companies has closed a $3.225 million sales transaction for two industrial buildings totaling 24,838 square-feet located at 2701-2705 McMillan Road in San Luis Obispo, Calif.

Charles Senn and Derek Senn of Senn-Lee & Associates represented the seller. Winfield Shiras of GVA Daum represented the buyer Clarion Properties, LLC.
