Millhaven North is a 640 acre, LED Certified Site located on Millhaven Road one-half mile north of Interstate 20 in Monroe, LA. The site was originally a 726-acre tract until DHL Supply Chain, North America acquired 86 acres in 2017 for a plant and logistics center. The 1.27-million square-foot facility was developed for Graphic Packaging International. Completed in 2018, Graphic Packaging consolidated the production of its two West Monroe carton plants into the new combined converting facility in 2019. This site is highly suited for manufacturing, supply chain and logistics, research, e-commerce distribution and fulfillment centers, data center development, in addition to standard industrial and warehouse development to meet local demand. As an LED certified site, the property owners have had an extensive amount of due diligence work completed prior to bring the tract to market. As a result the property is one of largest shovel-ready sites along the I-20 corridor in north Louisiana.
