Benjamin Decker serves as Vice President at Lee & Associates South Florida where he specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial real estate throughout Miami-Dade County.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Benjamin worked with multiple Top 10 Commercial Real Estate Brokerages in several major markets across the Unites States including Miami, Atlanta, Orange County, and San Diego. From his years of experience specializing in Self-Storage and before that, Multi-Tenant Retail, Benjamin has accumulated a comprehensive understanding of how to deliver both immediate and long-term solutions to owners and occupiers of income-producing property. His unwavering work ethic and passion for real estate, coupled with a strong educational background in asset valuation and market analysis, uniquely positions him to navigate the complexities of an ever-evolving market for his clients.

Benjamin works closely with landlords, owner-operators, tenants, private equity groups, REITs, and developers of multi-bay warehouse space and warehouse condos in Miami-Dade County alongside his partner, President of Lee & Associates South Florida, Matthew Rotolante, SIOR, CCIM. By leveraging the best and highest scale technology with a robust national network, they are able to represent and market a client's property with the widest net possible, therefore optimally capturing the most opportunity and resulting in the best outcome for the client. Additionally, they collaborate in-house and company-wide with 78 offices and 1,200 professionals in the U.S. and Canada. As a firm, Lee & Associates successfully completed over $32 billion in transactions in 2022.

While attending the University of Tennessee, Benjamin studied Finance in the Haslam College of Business with a collateral concentration in Entrepreneurship. While still in school, he began an early full-time career in brokerage at Matthews REIS while also Co-Founding the University of Tennessee Real Estate Club and participating in other campus organizations. Prior to transferring to Tennessee, he played baseball at a local junior college in his hometown. In his free time, Benjamin enjoys being out in the ocean, playing instruments, watching sports, traveling, fishing, reading, golfing, and camping.
