Since stepping into the commercial and industrial real estate industry after several years of contributing to the growth and success of corporate retail enterprises, Joanna Grodzka has exceled in leading marketing efforts for leasing and disposition assignments, providing site selection services for tenants, buyers, and investors in the marketplace, lease abstracting, lease comparison analysis, financial proforma analysis, lease vs. purchase analysis, and market lease and sale reports.

Joanna’s prior experience encompasses project management, strategic planning, resource utilization, revenue growth, sales, and cost reduction. Her ability to analyze needs and create unique solutions designed to yield a profitable outcome has proven to be one of her greatest assets. Joanna Grodzka came to the United States from Poland approximately 20 years ago. During that time, she immediately entered the workforce, graduated from high school and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from William Paterson University. Joanna is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Florida and a licensed Realtor in New Jersey.

In her leisure time, she enjoys being involved in physical fitness activities and prides herself in living a healthy lifestyle.
