HOUSTON (March 13, 2020) – Lee & Associates – Houston, a nationwide leader in commercial real estate services, is proud to announce the company was awarded Brokerage Firm of the Year at the 2020 REDNews Real Estate Awards.
Each year, REDNews recognizes the city’s top commercial real estate companies, brokers, properties and transactions. This year’s annual awards ceremony was held on March 12th at The Briar Club.

In 2019, Lee & Associates – Houston achieved several major accomplishments. Multiple additions were made to its service portfolio, including a new, multifaceted integrated services business line for property management, construction management, accounting, administration, leasing/marketing and building engineering/facilities. The firm also launched two other new business lines: a retail division and a medical office business line, which includes services such as market evaluation, site selection, purchase versus lease comparison, lease analysis, negotiation strategy and more.
With 12 new faces added to the Houston office, the team members continued to excel and won several real estate awards from various organizations throughout the year. Lee & Associates – Houston was also ranked #9 overall and #6 in leasing for the “Top 10 Most Powerful Brokerage Firms” by Commercial Property Executive, was awarded CoStar’s “Power Brokers 2019” and won internal awards at the National Lee Summit, including “Circle of Excellence” for the highest transaction value under the land category, outperforming the entire Lee & Associates national network and offices across the country and internationally. The firm also won the “Innovation Award” for pushing boundaries and starting new initiatives to help brokers stay ahead of the competitive real estate landscape.
