Vanessa has over thirty-eight years of commercial real estate experience in the Seattle/Tacoma region. She holds the coveted SIOR and CCIM designations, representing the highest achievements of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry. Vanessa’s expertise includes commercial land acquisition/disposition, residential land acquisition/disposition, master planned community development, marketing, dispositions, industrial sales, acquisitions, build-to-suit site selection, commercial leasing, and investment sales. Her regional expertise includes Pierce, Thurston, and Lewis counties.

In addition, previously with Kidder Mathews, Vanessa has successfully leased/sold in excess of 1,527 acres of land slated for development with a sales value of over $233,471,161. Because of her strong land experience, Vanessa has represented national and international companies in the acquisition and disposition of land, including developed, undeveloped, path of growth land, and site selection. Most notable is the Meridian Campus Master Planned Community, a 1,163-acre master planned golf course community originally developed by Weyerhaeuser Real Estate. Through her 31 years of involvement, this project was taken to its full capacity of development. She was directly responsible for bringing 53 new companies to the project, who occupy 2.4 million square feet of space inside the Meridian Campus community. This project represents invaluable experience of being directly involved from beginning to end of a Master Planned Community that today is an asset to the City of Lacey.

  1. 2018:  Hill Betti Business Park - 169,750 SF, 31 Tenants, 47 acres vacant land.
    • Listing broker for Trust/Seller.   Repositioned property for sale, from long term family hold.
  2. 2018: Hogum Bay Logistics Center - Buildings 4 & 5.
    • Leasing Broker for 149,488 SF & 139,158 SF speculative development project.
  3. 2018:  Outdoor Research - 105,000 tenant rep lease assignment.
    • Completed at Des Moines Creek Phase IV
  4. 2016: LogistiCenter @ 167 - 225,972 SF - New Construction
    • Leased before building completion
  5. 2016 - 2017: Hogum Bay Logistics Center - 97 acres
    • Land sale to IDS - partially preleased prior to closing
  6. 2016 - 2017: Lakewood Tacoma Gateway - 22.68 acres
    • Land sale to Panattoni - speculative 467,529 SF building project
