September 23, 2025 (NEW ORLEANS, LA) – Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, announces the opening of an office in New Orleans, Louisiana. The office will specialize in Office, Industrial, Retail, Self-Storage, and Land. Evan Scroggs, SIOR, CCIM, President and Managing Principal of the Baton Rouge office, will serve in the same role for the New Orleans office and provide leadership to the new team in the Lee & Associates New Orleans office.
